1. Single stage reverse osmosis
The raw water (tap water, surface water, groundwater) is sent to the reverse osmosis device through a pre-treatment system, precision filters, and a high-pressure pump to directly produce product water, which is called single-stage reverse osmosis.
2. Process flowchart
Single stage reverse osmosis, suitable for water with conductivity less than 500 μ s/cm, and effluent conductivity less than 10 μ s/cm
3. Scope of application
Reverse osmosis equipment is suitable for water treatment equipment in industries such as food, beverage, chemical, hospital, electronics, etc. It can also be used as the core equipment for water purification houses in communities, industrial areas, oil fields, etc. It mainly utilizes the permeation principle of a semi permeable membrane to apply a pressure in a certain way that is opposite to the natural permeation direction, causing water in a concentrated solution to permeate into a dilute solution. This method is called reverse osmosis. The device composed of reverse osmosis elements is called a reverse osmosis device. Due to the very small pore size of reverse osmosis membranes, they can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter, etc. from water (with a removal rate of up to 97-98%). The system has the characteristics of good water quality, low energy consumption, simple process, and easy operation.
